Maybe you don't feel like yourself

Anxiety, depression, eating and body image struggles, burnout, or identity questions have made day-to-day life heavy.

You’ve tried quick med checks or advice that didn’t fit. You want real support without being reduced to a chart, a BMI, or a label.

Care services can include any of the following...

Psychiatric assessment

A 60-90 minute visit focused on your story, not just symptoms.

Medication management

Thoughtful, evidence-based medication care that respects consent and comfort.

Supportive psychotherapy

Follow-ups include supportive, insight-oriented therapy alongside med care, so you have space to process, practice skills, and make meaning.

Eating disorder care coordination

Weight-inclusive, non-diet support that centers safety, nourishment, and body trust.

Insurances accepted

Insurance benefits are determined by your individual insurance plan and are not guaranteed.

Coverage, reimbursement, and patient responsibility may vary based on plan details.

Rushed care can leave you unheard, over-prescribed, or confused about next steps.

When consent feels like a formality and plans ignore your reality, it’s easy to lose trust in the process and in yourself.

You deserve care that meets you where you are, respects your autonomy, and moves at a human pace.

At Rediscovered Psychiatry, care is collaborative, trauma-informed, and HAES-aligned

We slow down, listen closely, and make decisions together.

Medication is a tool we can use carefully, never a mandate.

For eating disorder care, we center safety, nourishment, nervous-system regulation, and coordination with therapists and dietitians when a team is helpful.

Cultural context matters here; all identities are welcome.
